技術特點
■新一代的紅外線試樣機，采用紅外線加熱來達成試染目的，而不使用傳統的甘油作熱媒。因此干凈、無油煙，創良好工作環境。
■采用紅外線加熱，加熱速度快．溫度追隨性佳，能使染液各處均勻升溫．可做恒溫及升溫打色，從而解決了傳統樣機因染液溫差產生的色花問題。
■完全模擬現場生產，提高符樣率。
■采用高精度、高靈敏進口溫度探針，直接檢測染液溫度，升溫迅速準確，控溫精度可達&Plusmn;0 5℃以上，能滿足用戶更高要求。
■具有正反轉動功能，使杯內液體來回波動，上色率更均勻，適合各種原料染色。
■風冷冷卻裝置，冷卻速度更快。
●染杯斜置在轉盤上，傾斜角度是14度角，不同于傳統的垂直上下方式，可防止試布產生折痕，并獲得均勻的染色效果。
